Since its inception Onetiredpup has gone through a variety of formats. From selling small items, trinkets and house wares to Toxins and Chemicals in the home and lastly following the format of the name, advice and articles on Dogs. Lastly theGrind, a way to give to me an outlet for expression. In a world where blogs and social networking abound I'd always thought that my writing would thus become the spittle of such sites. I have to believe this is not the case. Admittedly I am a poor public relations person and even more horrid marketer unless it is in the fostering of another.
It's time to foster me, and the others that have chosen to write with me and share some of my opinions on the world and how it works. Our country is a messed up place. Our nation has lost the ability to communicate honestly with one another and have also lost the concept of common consideration if in fact we ever had those qualities at all. So Dogs and theGrind are in as well as whatever else I may feel deserves the space.
I feel it's time. It's time to let my options and opinions out. To take those stories and items we all hear about and try to decipher them in an honest and truthful manner. We do not claim to have the answers and in fact come up with more questions but then that's a good thing as it gives us more to write about.
We would love to engage others who write and share similar points of view or those who write about the same things in society that just do not make plain ole' sense. Also, send us your dog pictures, your tip and tricks for health and education.

I have constantly changed this site. When I do a search I see some idiotic adult site from some foreign country attaching itself somehow to my name. To be honest, not a clue as to how to rectify that issue. Just understand it is not me.
For all these years for my own reasons I've catered to topics that have either interested me or I've engaged in or involved myself in. None of it was for me. In the last things I've written just now the word that appears significantly is "me" in relation to "for" or "not." All my life I've done things that I thought were good for other people while never really doing for myself. Honestly, I am too fricking old to care what everyone else thinks! They all talk their talk anyway and the bottom line is no one that knows me really knows me. I am not a fool. I know well what insecurities do. They make you as invisible as you choose to be.
From now on you get the opportunity to "get" me if you so desire and in turn I get the opportunity to "get" me as well. All that this site was it will still be somewhere inside this page and all that accompanies this main page is exactly what I want to say.

For too long I've messed with the wiring in my head. Now it shorts out more oft than not. But at my age I just sit and enjoy the sparks. RJM '07
